Can I start for free?

Yes. The Free plan lets you create a booking page and test the core workflow before upgrading to a paid plan.

Do I need a website?

No. You can share your Smart Booking Page link directly with clients from social profiles, messages, email, printed material, or your existing website.

Can clients book from my public page?

Yes. Clients can choose an active service, pick an available time, and submit their details from your public booking page.

Can I manage services and availability?

Yes. You can add and edit services, set durations and prices, manage active status, and control weekly availability and exceptions.

Does it send email confirmations?

Yes. Customers can receive booking request, confirmation, and cancellation emails, depending on the booking status and action.

Does it send reminder emails?

Yes. Confirmed bookings can receive reminder emails when reminder sending is configured and the booking is in the reminder window.

Does it connect with Google Calendar?

Yes. You can connect Google Calendar from the app and choose a calendar for booking events when calendar access is configured correctly.

Can customers cancel or request reschedule?

Yes. Customer emails can include a secure manage link where clients can cancel when allowed by your settings or send a reschedule request for you to review.

How does billing work?

Billing is plan based. The billing page shows your current plan, monthly or annual options, plan limits, and available checkout actions.

Can I switch plans?

Plan changes are handled through the billing flow. If an option is not available in your account, contact support for help.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Subscription management depends on the billing portal configuration for your account. If billing management is not available, contact support.

Is my data safe?

The app uses authenticated dashboards for business owners and secure random tokens for customer booking management links. Do not share private dashboard access.
