Quick answers for setting up and using Smart Booking Page.
Getting started
Create your account, verify your email, and complete setup so your public booking page has the right business name, timezone, and first service.
Setting up your business
Add your business details, contact information, timezone, profile copy, and public page branding from the app settings area.
Adding services
Create services with a clear name, duration, price if needed, and active status. Clients choose from active services on your public booking page.
Setting availability
Set weekly availability and exceptions so clients only see times that match your schedule and lead-time settings.
Managing bookings
Review pending and confirmed bookings from your dashboard. You can confirm, cancel, complete, or mark bookings as no-show where those actions apply.
Email confirmations and reminders
Customers can receive booking request, confirmation, cancellation, and reminder emails. Owners can receive booking and cancellation notifications.
Google Calendar connect
Connect Google Calendar from the app calendar page, choose the calendar to use, and keep booking events synced when calendar access is configured.
Billing and plans
Use the billing page to review your current plan, plan limits, and available monthly or annual plan options.
Customer manage/cancel/reschedule links
Customer emails can include a secure manage link where clients can review their booking, cancel when allowed, or send a reschedule request.
Troubleshooting
If a page, booking time, email, calendar connection, or billing action does not look right, check your settings first and then contact support with the business name and the action you were trying to complete.
